Hi there! I'm Jo! I'm a tarot reading intuitive from Arizona (by way of California). A little introduction to this blog, and myself, I think, is in order.

I truly discovered my love for photography and magic (simultaneously) at the age of 14, I loved taking photos and reading everything Silver Ravenwolf and Francesca Lia Block had written. I was obsessed! I slowly started to veer off my path when I was about 18, and got a full time job. I didn't realize just how off track I was until very recently. 'Tis the joy of rediscovering and recreating yourself, though, I suppose.

When I was 26 I went on a road trip to Arizona and we visited a tiny town in northern Arizona where my great-great-grandmother had been raised, I knew then that that was home and where I wanted to be and so I dreamed about it and I plotted for it...for years with a long term boyfriend. Then one day, in the Summer of 2016, I made the choice to follow my dream. So I searched and searched and by Fall of 2016, I packed up my things, said goodbye to my friends, family and now ex-boyfriend and went to go live the life I was supposed to!

I did a reading for someone in the Fall of 2015 and in that moment I KNEW...I found it...that thing that is so elusive to so many of us (including myself up until that point) the deep seated love for something that could not only help people, was not only something I truly had a passion for, but a marriage between the two.

And wouldn't you know it, that same month I was introduced to Veronica Varlow...who is a masteress at tarot...and she was offering classes. Serendipity is a beautiful thing. I studied under Veronica for 6 months not just tarot but spell work and rituals as well. I have also studied with Brigit Esselmont of Biddy Tarot as well as Devin Strickler of Mystic Moons Tarot.

I learned so much from all of these wonderful ladies, I have never felt more in tune with myself and my purpose before!

I started this blog because I've always been fond of writing and I needed and outlet where I could feel like people were benefiting from what I post about.
Most of what I write about is metaphysical but I will also be posting about my upcoming travels and anything else that suits this space.
I am forever indebted to those of you who have helped me along on my journey and am honored to read for you.
