Healing and Shadow Work
Hey you, I'm so glad you're here!
I get a whole lot of questions about the work that I offer so I thought I would do a little write up about what it is exactly that I do and why.
In July of 2017, one of my favorite witches asked, "what kind of witch are you?"...the answer? Shadow Witch.
But let me back up just a little bit further, to the beginning of 2016 when came up with my shop name, House of Swords Tarot. Why Swords? Because I'm a true Aquarius, and Swords are my suit. In tarot, the suit of Swords represent the hard truths, the things that are sharp and not easy to look at head on. This is my purpose. Not just in my own life but in the lives of my clients. I'm here to help you look at those truths, to gain perspective, to heal, to use your Shadow to your advantage.
Shadow work is the ultimate self-love practice, after all! Shadow work requires us to look at things that we are ashamed of, or that make us upset, and give those things love in order to accept ourselves fully to heal and transform.
I've been subconsciously doing this for a long time, for myself, for my clients, for friends and family...but it wasn't until this year that I realized that this really is a huge part of why I'm here and why I started this business to begin with.
I want to do the dirty work, the hard stuff, because it's who I am and, in turn, my experiences and knowledge help others.
I am a certified Holistic Tarot reader and Crystal Healer, as well. I do offer a number of different healing sessions and Chakra balancing.
As I'm writing this, it's August 3rd, and these things aren't available in the shop yet...because I'm still slaving away over the details and the amazing things that I'm bringing to you with these new offerings. but keep checking back into the shop as new offerings will arrive each month from now until October.
